<description>&#60;p&#62;250g Special flour&#60;br /&#62;
250g strong white flour&#60;br /&#62;
2tsp instant yeast&#60;br /&#62;
1/4 pint warm water&#60;br /&#62;
1egg made up to 1/4 pint with olive oil&#60;br /&#62;
3oz oil 11/2 teasp salt&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Combine ingredients together and knead well for 5 minutes.&#60;br /&#62;
Leave to rise for 2 hours at least.&#60;br /&#62;
Knead again.&#60;br /&#62;
Divide into 3&#60;br /&#62;
Roll or spread onto pizza trays and top with favorite topping.&#60;br /&#62;
Bake 180 C&#60;br /&#62;
Delisious!
