    Ingredients:

    2 tins chopped tomatoes
2 tins Hot Dog sausages (drained and chopped)
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp mixed herbs
    1 large tin sweetcorn (drained)
    1 onion (chopped)
200g grated mild cheddar (or any other cheese will do)
    A little oil

Really easy this one and amazingly cheap.

Put a 500g bag of pasta on to boil in some lightly salted water. Any old cheap pasta will do.

Next, fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 5 mins until lightly browned.
Add tinned tomatoes bring to the boil.
Add sweetcorn and chopped hot dog sausages and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
When pasta is cooked, drain and add to a large lasagne dish
Add tomato sauce and mix well.
Top with the grated cheese and put in the oven (around 200 degrees) for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
    Serve!

My kids love this recipe, they would eat if every day if they could. Costs around £3.50 to make the whole thing!!!
